DAN PILSON AUTO CENTER BENEFIT PACKAGE OVERVIEW

  • Benefits Eligibility Date: Eligible on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • Retirement Plan 401(k) Eligibility Date: Eligible following one (1) year of employment on the date of the first Open Enrollment Period falling on January 1 or July 1. Employer contributes 3% for each employee into a safe harbor account.
  • Health Insurance: Dan Pilson Auto Center offers two plan options from Consociate to choose from, both plans are qualifying High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP):
    • 3000 Higher Premium HSA-eligible Plan
    • 8000 Standard Premium HSA-eligible Plan
  • Dental Insurance: Coverage included for employees and children with medical coverage.
  • Vision Insurance: Coverage included for employees and children with medical coverage.
  • Life/ACC/STD Insurance: $10,000 coverage provided by the employer at no cost to the employee.
  • AFLAC: Supplemental insurance offerings available to employees.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Services are paid for by the employer and offered as a benefit to employees and their families. Your EAP services are strictly confidential and active on the date of hire. The Sarah Bush Lincoln EAP staff of behavioral health professionals can help with a wide range of problems, including:
    • Family Conflict
    • Depression
    • Emotional Illness
    • Grief
    • Stress Management
    • Workplace Conflict
    • Anger Management
    • Crisis Intervention
  • Full-time employees receive New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day as paid holidays.
  • Part-time employees and full-time employees with less than one year of employment earn 1 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year.
  • Full-time employees receive:
    • 40 hours of PTO upon completion of one full year of employment.
    • 80 hours of PTO on the second anniversary of employment.
    • 120 hours of PTO on the tenth anniversary of employment.
  • Full-time employees are eligible to purchase new and used vehicles at employee pricing structures:
    • New Vehicles: Purchased at Ford D Plan and Chrysler Dealer Employee pricing.
    • Used Vehicles: Less than 30 days or direct auction purchases can be made at cost plus hard pack and any associated expenses.
  • Parts and Service: 25% discount on regular labor and 10% over cost on parts purchases.
  • Degrees@Work provides employees the opportunity to earn a college degree at no cost. Developed in partnership with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles US, Strayer University, and Dan Pilson Auto Center, Degrees@Work helps employees enjoy the benefits of a college education while still working.
  • Eligibility: Full-time employees in good standing for a minimum of 30 days.
  • Employees can earn referral bonuses by recruiting valuable candidates to join the team. To be eligible:
    • The referring employee must be employed by Pilson Auto Centers.
    • The candidate must not have been a previous employee.
    • The referral must be documented prior to the initial interview.
    • Candidates already in the interview process are not eligible.
