Part-time employees and full-time employees with less than one year of employment earn 1 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year.
Full-time employees receive:
40 hours of PTO upon completion of one full year of employment.
80 hours of PTO on the second anniversary of employment.
120 hours of PTO on the tenth anniversary of employment.
